Crash Champions Collision Repair South Pasadena

David is an angel! I was rear-ended with minor damage a few days before leaving on a trip. With an estimate from the other driver's insurance, I went to the closest body shop in my neighborhood. David was absolutely accommodating and coordinated a repair to correspond with my travel dates. He was able to give me updates by text, everything was efficient and transparent. He helped to make an otherwise stressful situation less so. This is not a business I hope to return to, but if you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing auto body repair, I highly recommend them.

Crash Champions in South Pasadena did excellent work on my vehicle. The estimate process was straightforward, communication was clear, and they worked directly with my insurance without any issues. The repair quality was top-notch. Paint match was exact, panel alignment was clean, and the car was returned detailed and spotless. Turnaround time was on point and there were no surprises. Professional team, solid workmanship, and a smooth overall experience. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.

Took my vehicle here for front bumper collision damage . Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Place was nice and clean. Juan helped get paperwork needed and guided me and my husband thru the process. My vehicle stayed for a couple of weeks. Joseph kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. Was very helpful in answering all my concerns. I was very satisfied with the work that was provided and the professionalism. Also thank you to David who also helped with answering concerns of my vehicle and the staff that worked in my vehicle’s repairs.

My car was ready ahead of schedule and returned washed, including the interior, which was a nice surprise. High quality repairs and straightforward, stress-free process. Highly recommend.

Came in because I was rear ended and this was the shop that AAA referred me to. The job required a bumper replacement and I was updated each step of the way. I dropped off the car the Friday before Labor Day weekend and I was able to pick it up the Friday after. Randy and the team were extremely helpful. They were attentive and delivered on promises within the expected timeframe. Above all they washed my car and picked me up from my house on the day I received my repaired vehicle.
